- Local Delivery: 7–10 working days
- Postal Dispatch (Speed Post): 10–15 working days
Delays may occur based on processing times by government authorities.
3. Shipping Charges
We do not charge any hidden fees. However, actual shipping charges (if applicable) are:
- As per India Post or approved courier services
- Included during final checkout or payable offline at the center
4. Delivery Area
Currently, we ship only within India and primarily within Jharkhand and nearby districts.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by users. For lost/delayed packages:
- Please email help@gothriwiz.in with your order/application ID
- We will coordinate with the respective postal authority
