1. No Automatic Refunds
All service charges paid through our platform are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the concerned government authority.
2. Government-Determined Refunds
Gothriwiz CSC Centre is a facilitation center operating under the Common Services Centre (CSC) scheme. As such, any refunds—whether full or partial—are governed by the rules, terms, and policies set by the respective government departments. We do not have the authority to approve, reject, or process refund requests on our own.
3. When Refunds May Apply
Refunds may only be considered in the following scenarios:

Duplicate payment for the same service

Service not delivered due to technical error from the government portal

Transaction failure confirmed by the department
Even in such cases, refunds will be issued only if approved by the government, and the timeline for the refund process depends entirely on their processing duration.

5. No Refunds for User Mistakes
Refunds will not be provided for:

6. Service Charges Non-Refundable
All service or facilitation fees charged by Gothriwiz CSC Centre for processing or assisting with an application are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the government service.
