2. Pricing Details

Our service fees are determined in accordance with government regulations and will include the administrative fees charged by Gothriwiz Pragya Kendra.

• For government-related services, the charges will follow the rates set by the respective government bodies.
• For digital literacy courses and consultations, the fees will be clearly communicated to customers before any service begins.

3. Service Fees

The service fees we charge are non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative processing and handling of services at Gothriwiz Pragya Kendra, regardless of the service outcome.

4. Government Refunds

Any refunds for government services, such as PAN Card, Aadhaar, etc., will be handled by the respective government agencies. Refund eligibility and process will follow the rules set on the respective government websites. Gothriwiz Pragya Kendra does not manage or influence government refunds.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for both in-center and online services:

• For In-Center Services: Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.), Bank Transfer
• For Online Services: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.), Online Bank Transfers

6. Refund Policy

Service Fees: All service fees charged by Gothriwiz Pragya Kendra are non-refundable.
